【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversforgedcarbonsteelpipingcomponentsintendedprimarilyforserviceinpressurepipingsystemsfromx2212;20to+650x00B0;F[x2212;30to+345x00B0;C]whereinherentnotchtoughnessisdesired,butwherenotchtoughnesstestingisnotrequired.Includedareforgedorring-rolledflanges,forgedfittings,andvalvesmadetospecifieddimensions,ortodimensionalstandardssuchastheASMEandAPIspecificationsreferencedinSection2.1.2Thisspecificationislimitedtoforgingswithmaximumfinishedsectionthicknessesnolargerthan2in.[51mm].1.3Itshallbetheresponsibilityofthepurchasertodeterminewhethermaterialmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationissatisfactoryfortheserviceapplication.1.4Supplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforusewhenadditionaltestingorinspectionisdesired.Theseshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedbythepurchaserintheorder.Note18212;Therearenoprovisionsforimpacttestinginthisspecification.Whenimpacttestingisrequired,refertoSpecificationA350/A350M.1.5Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits.However,unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
