【摘要】:ThispartofISO10724specifiesthegeneralprinciplestobefollowedwheninjectionmouldingtestspecimensofthermosettingpowdermouldingcompounds(PMCs)andgivesdetailsofmoulddesignsforpreparingonetypeofspecimenforuseinestablishingreproduciblemouldingconditions.Itspurposeistopromoteuniformityindescribingthemainparametersofthemouldingprocessandalsotoestablishuniformpracticeinreportingmouldingconditions.Theparticularconditionsrequiredforthereproduciblepreparationoftestspecimenswhichwillgivecomparableresultswillvaryforeachmaterialused.TheseconditionsaregivenintheInternationalStandardfortherelevantmaterialoraretobeagreeduponbetweeninterestedparties.NOTEISOround-robintestswithphenolic(PF),urea-formaldehyde(UF),melamine(MF),melaminephenolic(MP)andunsaturated-polyester(UP)injection-mouldingmaterialshaveshownthatmoulddesignisanimportantfactorinthereproduciblepreparationoftestspecimens.
