【摘要】:ThispartofISO5267specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthedrainabilityofapulpsuspensioninwaterintermsoftheSchopper-Riegler(SR)number.TheSchopper-Rieglertestisdesignedtoprovideameasureoftherateatwhichadilutesuspensionofpulpmaybedewatered.Ithasbeenshownthatthedrainabilityisrelatedtothesurfaceconditionsandswellingofthefibres,andconstitutesausefulindexoftheamountofmechanicaltreatmenttowhichthepulphasbeensubjected.Inprinciple,thismethodisapplicabletoallkindsofpulpinaqueoussuspension.However,inpractice,theSchopper-Rieglertestprovidesacceptableresultsonlyifasufficientlydensematoffibresisformedonthewirescreen.Forthisreason,thetestisnotrecommendedforsomeextremelyshort-fibredpulps,suchasthosefromwell-beatenhardwoods,asmostofthefibreswillpassthroughthewirescreen,resultinginanomalousreductionoftheSRnumber.Themostreliableresultsareobtainedwithintherangeof10to90SRnumber.Theresultsofthistestdonotnecessarilycorrelatewiththedrainagebehaviourofapulpmaterialonacommercialpapermachine.NOTEAmethodforthedeterminationofdrainabilityintermsofthe"CanadianStandard"freenessnumberisspecifiedinISO5267-2:1980,Pulps—Determinationofdrainability—Part2:"CanadianStandard"freenessmethod.
