【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919givesguidelinesforapplyingevaluationcriteriaforshaftvibrationundernormalop-eratingconditions,measuredatorclosetothebearingsofcoupledindustrialmachines.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteadyrun-ningvibrationandanymagnitudechangeswhichmayoccurinthesesteadyvalues.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationevaluationsince,ingeneral,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththeshaftvibrationandtheassociatedstruc-turalvibration(seetheintroductiontoISO7919-1).ThispartofISO7919appliestocoupledindustrialmachineswithfluid-filmbearings,havingmaximumcontinuousratedspeedsintherange1000r/minto30000r/min,andnotlimitedbysizeandpower,comprising—steamturbines;—turbocompressors;—turbopumps;—turbogenerators;—turbofans;—electricdrivesandassociatedgears,whererele-vant.ThispartofISO7919doesnotapplytolargeland-basedsteamturbinegeneratorsetsforpowerstationswithoutputsgreaterthan50MW(seeISO7919-2),nortomachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantswithoutputsof1MWorgreater(seeISO7919-5).
